Bricklayer is the ultimate muscle building training program that focuses on high volume and high intensity. Go through 4 strategic phases to optimize muscle hypertrophy and build an aesthetic shape. A number of different intensifiers are used throughout the training. You'll never do the same workout twice with this program. 14 unique weeks, each with 6 working days per week. 

This is an advanced regimen that is designed primarily for men, though a few brave women have done it and loved it.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Bricklayer is split up into 4 unique phases, with each one emphasizing a particular principle. 

PHASE 1

Focus on heavier weights, lower volume, and focused effort. This is a jump into the deep end to kick things off.

PHASE 2

Shorter phase, due to the nature of the programming. You'll do a lot of time under tension here with higher volume.

PHASE 3

Higher volumes with more overall reps, sets, and movements. Workouts take a little longer in this phase.

PHASE 4

The 3 modalities emphasized in the previous phases are all included here for optimal muscle hypertrophy.
